I suggest you contact the Planet Fitness to get current pricing. Usually the white card membership is about $10.00 per month. Which limits you to using equipment and locker room. The black card membership is about $20.00 per month; this is the one I have. That gets me access to everything the white card gives you. Plus, I have access to any Planet Fitness throughout the country and the "spa" area. The spa area usually includes water massage tables, massage chairs, tanning facilities, etc.

There is a sign on the door saying children atent allowed, however i see kids in all the time. I would call the location and speak with the staff over what you want to do.
