Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurants in town. Or anywhere for that matter!! Mr. Wong has done an incredible job in decorating this place. Visually one of the most eye pleasing places I've ever been. He is always there to greet customers. Is extremely personal. The food is always great!!

Upscale Chinese restaurant it looked nice inside the food however was terrible. I ordered the sesame chicken and it lacked sauce and the chicken was very plain the vegetables weren’t even good. My server was very absent as well I had to go find him to let him know my meal wasn’t good. I would have got something else if he checked on me. I was highly disappointed I also have the crab Rangoon which was over cooked so extra crunchy but that was the only thing good. Won’t be back

I am visiting from out of town and my relatives in this area recommend the Oriental Wok. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior decor. The restaurant was clean and staff was attentive throughout the meal. While the menu was a combination of Americanized Chinese and Thai entrees, I commend the chef for making sure that entrees had different textures and flavors. (A tip of the hat to authentic Chinese cooking.) I felt this was a good dining experience and would go back.

If you find yourself wanting Chinese in NKY, check out Oriental Wok Restaurant in Ft. Mitchell. They also have a location in Hyde Park, (Cincinnati), Ohio. This is a family owned, upscale restaurant, with a private dining room. We had a large party in the private dining room for a Valentine's Day dinner, and we all had a great time. Drinks, food, service and ambience were all great! 🥟🥡🎊

Actually, we are currently only running Oriental Wok’s in Fort Mitchell, KY and in Hyde Park Cincinnati, OH. The Taylor Mill store was sold off quite a while ago. Our Fort Mitchell is always offering a delicious Sunday brunch from 11am to 2:30pm. Adults are $14.95, children 9yr-12 are $9.95, and children 4yr-8 are $6.95. Children 3yr and younger are free. Sorry ratting out people for their covid practices is a little too close to Big Brother tactics. If your so afraid of a virus that is blown way out of proportion, don't go out!!!!! But their precautions at the Oriental Wok are excellent!!!
Yes. They are there all the time. They joke with us because we drive in from Indiana and order they same thing all the time. Unfortunately the KY. Restaurant does not sell scallion pancakes so we drive into Hyde Park. I have been eating there since they opened when I was a kid. Always tastes clean and fresh. They care about their customers.
The Excelsior was the original restaurant when it was built. Mike Wong also owned that restaurant.
Sundays only 11a to 2 p. Best you will find around Northern Kentucky. Price is around $15.00
