Sorry, the only pets/animals allowed in the library are service animals. The animal must be either wearing a service vest or the owner must provide us with official documentation that the animal is a service animal.

Kemp Library does not use library cards. Only ESU students, faculty, and staff may check-out library materials and request Inter-Library loans with their current eCards. Alumni may also check-out library materials, but must get an alumni eCard from the eCard office. Library cards are not offered to the public. There are beautiful public libraries throughout the county, that will be able to meet their needs.
Sorry, WiFi, Internet, and photocopiers are not available to the public. Photocopiers were removed in June 2020. You may see "Guest WiFi" when you open your device. Guest WiFi is not available nor does the staff have the password for it.
