Terrible location. Extremely rude and unorganized. No idea how to properly run an office.

Trash company! I showed up with my mother and checked her in. A short time later I realized her name wasn’t showing as checked in on the office tv screen. So I went back to the computer to check in again. The computer said that we were more than 10 minutes late and that we would now be treated as a walk-in. I immediately went to the staff to explain the situation. She stated that she couldn’t override the computer and that we would have to wait behind the filled room of later scheduled patients and walkins. Again, I had already checked in we shouldn’t have to wait behind anyone beyond those scheduled ahead of us. Their computer failed to work and now my mother was being punished. This company makes it impossible to reach a person at the location via telephone and then doesn’t allow for errors to be corrected by on site employees causing patients to suffer. Not another dime of my money will ever go to Quest diagnostics. They are very clearly set up to take your money, but not provide any patient support. Quest = garbage company!!! I should have paid more attention to all of the other negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I did. STAY FAR AWAY FROM QUEST!!!!

With our appointment, as we walked in, we were serviced. The phlebotomist, Cynthia, was very patient and gentle with my daughter. No baby tears = awesome experience!
