Both food and service were first rate. We always enjoy the China Cottage and frequent get carry out but this time ate in for a change. The dining room was not busy but should be as good as everything is. Recommend you try it if you haven't yet.

Ordered dinner towards the closing time. Literally the worst food we have ever had recently. We went there seeing the reviews. I am not sure if it happened since it was closing time. We had to order takeaway since it was past 10PM. Hunan beef was the worst. The meat had a foul smell also. Chicken lo-mein was okay. Three of us shared the lo-mein since Hunan beef and Kung Pao Beef was not at all tasty. Quantity was good enough for three people.

This place is great. I wish we had one in Northeast Ohio! My family and I go to a China cottage every time we are in town. No where else can you get General Tsao chicken that is so fresh and crispy. Seriously best Chinese food. I haven’t had anything I don’t like here yet. The restaurant itself is nice, it has a calm and quiet atmosphere. Came here with a party of 7 (2 were children). Waitress was so nice and helpful. You can’t go wrong stopping here for lunch or dinner.

Great service, generous portions, nice atmosphere, clean and the bar area is impressive. I had the beef noodle dish, but will not order it again because of the quality of the beef they use. Everything else we had was enjoyable. Not pictured, firecracker shrimp is very good.
