Whilst I'm fully aware that management will not address my concerns, I shall do my best to provide info for public consumption. Rating: AVOID. 1. The shower wait time is 30 to 60 minutes. 2. There are only 3 showers. 3. There is no driver's lounge while waiting. So if you're having a long day, you're going to stand longer because the management thinks that boxes of products are more IMPORTANT THAN YOU. 4. The porter swabbed the floor with a rife with bacteria mop that emitted a foul odour. (See photos). 5. Prepare to bottleneck at the truck parking entrance and exit. 6. Prepare to bottleneck again at the hallway leading to the men's restroom and 🚿🚿🚿.

As far as truck stops go..... not bad, we just got gas, reasonably competitively priced, and grab some pizza, ( no complaints from the kids ) a burger not bad for a truck stop, and a couple of t-shirts marked down..... hmmmm, time to do laundry. The ladies at the cashier were friendly and patient with the family grabbing this, substituting that....

3 fuel lanes. One had a space for paper towels. No paper towels. Fuel prices are higher. Not recommended. And no showers.
