Definitely not like how it used to be since the last time I was there a couple years ago. Rude,slow, dimwitted young employees, luke warm (at best) food,very small side portions and my ribs seemed very old,cold and tough to eat,barely any sauce at all.Not falling off the bone at all as advertised.👎🏻 Definitely needs new management or at the very least re-staffed.

I was there to pick up a catering order for delivery. It wasnt ready, the cook was arguing with one of the girls, and the HEAT was on up front. It was 85 degrees outside, And yet the heat was on up front. Just the 15 min wait for the order was unbearable. Just so hot

Nostalgia brought me in and regret is what I left with. Everything I wanted was a no. The staff was overworked and unappreciated. I mentioned was it because of supply issues and she stated yes. Mistakes were made on several orders and we all were charged for items we did not order. There was a man who wanted to speak to the manager but there wasn't one and he did not like anything the young lady had to offer. Safe to say Boston Market is not what it use to be and that's a shame.

If I could give zero stars I would ….let’s start with the fact that we walked in and waited at the counter the girl looked directly at my husband and me and ignored us, then proceeded to use dirty oven gloves used to transfer the rotisserie to TOUCH THE CHICKEN then takes the gloves off and turns around to reveal an unmasked face another young lady comes from the back wiping her nose with an unmasked face looks directly at us says nothing and turns and walks back. My husband asked if someone was working up front to assist us and the first girl turns and says “we’re busy doing something it’s gonna be a while” rolls her eyes and walks off to the back. This is literally the second time I’ve had this experience here these employees are rude and gross they have no business serving food to the public, they lack both hygiene and respect, customer service and decent food is absent from this location.EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
