I don't understand this Doctor!!! First, to be my Gynecology, which is why I call her and her assistants demand that she have to be my primary doctor, which I did, but when the day of the appointment arrived, I had to wait extra time because she mixes up her consultations. general with gynecological. Second, I get that I have to go to a radiologist to do the transvaginal and ultrasound, which is why he visited her, once they send her the results I return to the office and she says that I have to do the tests again. but she can't read me the ones she already has because she's not a radiologist and so I wonder why see her again if she's not going to know how to read the results but I take the opportunity for her to refer me to a psychotherapist although I had already made an appointment with him and He gave me a series of numbers to give to my primary doctor so that she can make an appointment with the insurance but she only gave me a normal referral so I go to the therapist who has an office on the same block and he sends a note to the doctor explaining how she has to refer me and when I return to the doctor's office the assistant tells me that the doctor does not do that, she only gives paper referrals and now I wonder what this doctor is for who attends you at the races and I don't know I would like a referral as my primary doctor that she can give me. 🫤

I went in for a visit the other day after having bad shoulder pain for awhile. The staff was very pleasant and I had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Benitez and her team. I will be recommending her to all my friends.

Unfortunately a bad experience in all my years trying to have a connection doctor - patient, will never visit this doctor again, needs more ethic when she mention what is happening to your body. I would recommend this doctor to show more empathy with her patients. In addition she only spend three minutes with her patients because she's always busy. It makes me feel like i am not paying anything to this center, stay away from this center.
