What is wrong with this world!! How can you walk in to a DQ and be ignored for over 10 minutes and never even get acknowledged?? I had to leave without my blizzard. No idea how the food or ice cream is here... but if you want some you may want to go elsewhere

This is one of the worst DQ’s around. Horrible customer service. We was standing at the front counter for 5-10 mins with two kids. Meanwhile, yes they were busy in the drive through but they kept looking at us but no one ever came to take our order. The bathroom is disgusting! Wheneve we asked when we would be waited on the employee screamed and said we’re busy right now! I’m pretty sure people standing in front of you is just as important than the drive through line. I called to speak to manager and she told me that her employee was in line with how she reacted. How embarrassing and unprofessional. So I asked to speak to a supervisor or when he/she would be in next to be told I’ll just have to come back daily to talk to them. So guess what I’ll just keep on calling and coming till I do. This DQ has multiple complaints on poor customer service and it needs to be addressed. If you can’t handle the rush at the drive through and inside then find a different job!

Their prices are a little steep but the food quality is worth it. Never had a bad experience with them. Reading the reviews someone mentioned the cashier being high. Well in that case pray for the person instead of exposing them. Never know why people do what they do and how they end up the way they currently are. At least the cashier is working so that's a good thing because there's always room for improvement. Uplift each other instead of dragging each other down. Be blessed everyone.

The drive through is similar to a go-cart track and parking is organized poorly, employees are mostly young adult and higschoolers I do believe, but havnt have an issue with my food yet.
