Very nice & clean, Employees very friendly. Excellent Breakfast selections in the morning. Kids really enjoyed the pool. The elevator wasn't working and has evidently been broken for 4 months? Taking stairs repeatedly to the 3rd floor for 2 days was a bit of nuisance. Hopefully they get that issue squared away

The foyer is cheerful and comfortable. It is also clean. They have luggage carts available. Our room smelled and appeared clean. The breakfast was amazing! Meat,eggs,waffles,muffins, cereals,fruit,bagels,toast,oatmeal, and more was offered. The juice and coffee was also good options. Truly my biggest complaint is that the hot tub water was room temperature, and the pool was VERY cloudy and cold. The pool area is pretty, but needs to be cleaned and warmed up. That's disappointing simply because we could've stayed elsewhere while on our trip,but we chose there BECAUSE they had a hot tub and pool available.
