The service was very good. Our server was timely, friendly without being pushy and we got our food in good time. However, food quality leaves something to be desired. The salmon tasted burned as did my wife's order of Walts shrimp. The mashed potatoes were pretty horrible. The salads were fine. My baked potato was made to order, but honestly, expected better from a Red Lobster. Maybe next time.

Our waitress was amazing and deserves all the praise for great service. The restaurant has rules that are fairly stingy about their biscuit baskets, but our waitress was on the ball with bringing stuff out (to keep the kids satisfied) and refilling drinks promptly. The food is still only so-so. Especially if you don't eat seafood. Chicken tenders are the best option for non-seafood eaters. The steaks are not good - when I say covered in pepper, I mean so much so they are hard to eat. The filet wasn't bad though sirloin was awful. Their lower calorie seafood options were lacking in flavor even though they were practically swimming in garlic - and I'm not sure how that's even possible! More lemon and a touch of salt helped that dish quite a bit.

I have been a patronizing Red Lobster for over 35 years. I am highly disappointed in the direction that the brand is going in. This location was fine our server Hannah was great. My complaint is with corporate/decision makers who take things off the menu. For instance I wanted to order the shrimp pasta. I have been ordering this for over 20 years. I go to place my order yesterday, the name has changed and now it doesn’t include a side salad. The crab legs pricing is outrageous. When restaurants make these kind of changes they loose loyal customers.

The dining experience here was quite enjoyable. There was a very short waiting time, before being seated. Care was taken to adequately follow the social distancing guidelines. The food was prepared nicely. The lobster bisque was the finest that I've had. Although the location was under staffed, the crew members they did have really stepped up their game. Kudos to my server Calliope, she did a fantastic job.
