This dentist applied to a loan on my behalf without letting me know that the money will go to his account for not performed treatment. He received $5500 as my loan. i refused his treatment as had a terrible experience on initial consultation and decided not to proceed. Dentist supplied a false invoice to the bank with the charges for the job he did not performed and refuned me only $1300. I am seeking legal actions against this office and will attempt to revoke his dental license by complaining to the dental board of NYC. If anyone is having issues with this dentist, i advise you to issue a complaint to the dental board as well. This fraudulent practice should not be tolerated.

Best experience I have had in a dental office.the staff are amazing and nice. Dr Benjamin selzer is a phenomenal doctor with great heart he knows how to treat his patients and very good at what he does definitely would recommend

This is the worst dental office in the world. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this con artist. Dr. Benjamin Selzer is just a scam. I had to go to a dental appointment with my grandma to do her new dental. That so called dentist Selzer did a poor job on, that the dental did not fit, and was rubbing her mouth and scratching it . My grandma came again and asked him if he can adjust them. He refused to do it and was nasty, disrespectful and arrogant to an 81 y/o lady. Then he had the courage to charge her from her credit cards for not doing her dental properly, failed to adjust them, and on top of that he charge her for every visit in regards to properly fit her dentals. NOW we gonna dispute with the credit card company and if takes to take him to civil court, well do it. Just please be aware guys.

This Dentist won't even use his name Brian Selzer. Goes under the business name m & m dental. He should have his license revoked. Conned a relative of mine into an expensive procedure which didn't hold up. Please stay away. I don't care how bad your teeth condition is. He is a con man and I won't even call him a dentist.
