My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Juan Fernandez from Elli Travel Group to plan our Honeymoon-- and to be as candid as possible-- he really came through! Juan was incredibly thorough, creative, and responsive throughout the entire process and helped deliver an unforgettable experience that we will always cherish. Despite us not having previously traveled to Portugal, Juan's recommendations were spot on and we could not imagine a better way to spend our Honeymoon adventure. Moreover, upon our arrival to the iconic Reid's Palace in Madeira, the hotel had generously upgraded our room to a Junior Suite; however, as a consequence of the upgrade, we had unfortunately lost the ocean view that we were so much looking forward to. Following a quick email to Juan, he immediately jumped to action, and as a result, we were not only relocated to a room with an amazing view of the ocean, but a Master Suite which I can only describe as spectacular. That being said, if you, your family, or company is planning an important trip that needs to occur without a hitch, Juan is your man and we look forward to working with him for all of our future traveling needs. A huge shout out and thank you to Juan and the Elli Travel Group for helping create the trip of a lifetime!

Very disappointed in our interactions with Juan. This is our first time using a travel agency, and we had already selected our resort and when we wanted to go. Should have been easy to work with us. Instead, once Juan found out that we had been in communication with another travel agency about our trip, he refused to provide itinerary informations and was curt in his replies. Needless to say, we are going with another travel agency who has been wonderful to work with. Any “perks” provided by using Elli travel don’t justify how impolite Juan’s service was.

Amy from Elli planned the most incredible honeymoon for me and my husband!! We were unconventional and wanted both time in NYC and a beach vacation for our honeymoon. We contacted Elli a few weeks before the trip was slated to start and had a limited budget. Amy spent time putting together different itineraries for beaches around the world before we decided on Taha’a in French Polynesia. She also hooked us up with wonderful hotels in NYC at a discount. Taha’a is a hidden gem that we never would have considered without Amy’s knowledge! We had a beautiful, fun, tropical, private vacation with amazing food, views, and activities. We travel a lot, but Amy’s knowledge of the industry, time spent listening to and understanding us, and talent for putting together amazing trips made this vacation once-in-a-lifetime. Amy kept in touch throughout the trip and even helped out when we had some personal medical issues affect our travel late one night. And, all of our hotels had cute welcome notes, champagne, and treats! Amy, you’re the best out there and we’re so grateful for all of your work and care. We can’t thank you enough for making our honeymoon a dream vacation. We love you!!!!!!! We will definitely work with Elli again!!!!

The team at Elli travel has been great to work with over the last several years! Each time, the process has run smoothly - from destination brainstorming to filtering through accommodations to laying out an itinerary that works for our family (in our case, a nice balance of adventure/exploring with plenty of time for relaxing too ).
