Was a regular customer for a long while - but finally had enough of the bad customer service. I would mostly see Danny in the AM or late morning and he was a pleasure to deal with; however, if he wasn't around, I'd have to deal with the guy in the corner with the gauge earrings - who was just weirdly obnoxious. I pointed this out to him and the response was to avoid serving me completely or say something nonsensical to avoid serving. Just weird. Today was the 5th or 6th time, so that was enough. I finally complained to the manager - after putting up with it for ages - as I figured this is hard work and I shouldn't complain. At the same time, enough is enough, Its not like there is not 1000 other options near by and if this is tolerated, I'd be better off heading somewhere else. The manager's attitude had too much of a "whatever" response...so, time to go.

Fast and cheap. Get a fresh toasted bagel and cream cheese for the same price as a cold one from a food cart.

The place has a nice atmosphere and I like the music as well as the setup. There should be a restroom though

Food is not bad. But was overcharged for a salad. I told the cashier that it was their specialty salad on the menu. Not the more expensive custom order. She got loud with me and said no it’s that price. I said no it’s not. She got even louder and still charged me the more expensive price. I just paid it because I’m not going to argue and hold up the line during lunch hour for a small difference.
