First wash was absolutely perfect! The next one wasn't as good but it was still great and then the next was good. The next,ok. And it went downhill from there. Each one worse than the last. And I've spoken with 2 of my co-workers and they had the same experience

Purchased Lava with interior vacuum. I’ll start by saying I don’t expect my car to look like it just came from the factory. When I get a wash I’ll remove everything from my car, including the back area/trunk. That being said, the car wash I received wasn’t good. Dirt on the floors from minimal vacuuming, hand prints on interior windows, dash still dusty and not wiped down, small coffee stain on the plastic cup holder that was still there. This may not be included, given the responses from jax here on google you kind of get a sense of the type of place this is, but they didn’t even vacuum the completely empty back/trunk section of my Jeep. I really like the convenience of this place, and I’ve had decent washes there, but I won’t be back.

Totally disappointed. They charge me 32$ just for one wash. When we told them that we wanted the monthly subscription. And top of that the “manager “ it was so nasty and he didn’t do anything for us. If the owner knew how the manager works, the owner would fire him at once. Because I own a business to and I know how business works and more if is a monthly subscription business.
