I have been with them for over 20 years. I still can't get my tax documents off the so called new portal today. I have to wait until tomorrow to call in which will probably take DAYS or WEEKS to receive based on their track record. It would be great if they actually had mortgage statements instead of payment coupons. I mean, who even knows what those are anymore? I'm sure if would be better for everyone if we could receive information from the website ourselves. It has been an extremely frustrating experience to say the least. Hopefully one day they will come into the new century.

They are so rude when you get on to them and it takes you all day to get them on the phone. I have few more months to refinance with a new mortgage company.

I am on day 3 and no call back- Super frustrating especially when its a question that takes 3/mins

Is anyone else having difficulty paying online or by phone?? Their website is not registering me at all and I have been with them for two years. No one is answering the phone either. Frustrating as I am just trying to pay my mortgage. UGH!

yes! I can't get anyone on the phone and im trying to pay my mortgage. this happened last month as well.

They have bad customer service, no one, I mean no one answer the phone. Because when you are trying to make a payment it takes 24 hours for someone to call you back and when the payment is late they say lat fee who does that that not right DAM!

No they do not. You would have to refinance into a new loan with a different lender.
