Ronald and his team at Simple Washing offer outstanding service. We had them come out to clean and seal our recently installed pavers; they noticed several cracked pavers. The Answer is Yes! In Florida we deal with an increased amount of humidity, high UV rays from the sun, and rain that happens whenever it feels like it. This causes an increase in bacteria, algae, and weed growth. When sealing your pavers, you preserve them from the UV rays that cause damage such as making them look faded and loss of color. You slow down the weed growth to almost nothing if properly maintained the way we explain to you. The Bacteria & Algae stay on top of the pavers instead of inside of them where they can cause damage. When properly maintained by us or how we teach you, they will be controlled and not an issue Also you want to keep the joints stabilized by having the proper sand installed during the cleaning and sealing process. This is standard practice each time pavers are sealed.
