Horrible service. Can’t get into direct contact with anyone at this location regarding U Box delivery. They delayed the delivery of my U Box without telling me and haven’t given me a straight answer about when the driver from this location is delivering it.

These Ppl are horrible. Never go to them. go to Lowes or Home Depot. They are disrespectful & unprofessional. They accuse people of stealing boxes when we bought 8 boxes. Instead of telling us we made a mistake or something. They threaten us saying we have you on camera & accuse us of stealing. & Then wanted their Van back. These people are the worst & I will be calling the company UHaul & making a complaint
