Best way to get across the water. Handicapped accessible if you let them know at the toll booth that you need the elevator they will make accommodations for you to be close to it on board when you park. There is only one family bathroom and you have to ask where it is on the ferry. The crews are very helpful just ask anyone on board and they will help you.

Friendly service, great views from the water, and the fastest crossing time from the Olympic Peninsula. Unfortunately, the ferry service is what it is right now...meaning reduced routes and less boats. Be warned if you are looking to use it on the weekends you could have multiple hour wait times.

Google maps gives confusing route that can lead to traffic restriction intersection. Best route is on Pine Ave and follow the street signs on Pine to the ferry loading area. Also, the loading area capacity is small and you'll likely wait in queue on Pine.

Very friendly and helpful person at ticket booth. We made our ferry without problem and only a short wait. Very well organized for the holding area and loading. Bathrooms and food close by while waiting. Travel time is less than driving all the way to Tacoma and back up highway 16 to Port Orchard, WA
