I got my puppies during covid at 6 weeks of age, 2 and a half years ago. Since then they have never been away from me more than 2 hours to be groomed. I was soooo worried leaving them for five days. When I picked them up, the girls were happy and healthy. This place is excellent!! I would recommend them 100%

I would NEVER bring my dog back to this place specifically because of the staff, one person in particular. She is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Every morning I would greet her when I would drop off my dog for doggie day care and I would get blatantly ignored. She would huff and puff as soon as I would walk in with my dog. She would most of the time walk right by me without saying a word and then just yank my dog by his leash (she claims to love animals, yeah right 😂 if anything she hates them) You think being a paying customer you would get greeted when walking into the facility. God forbid I ever had to call or ask her a question it was like I was an annoyance to her. I was running late with my 6 week old baby, my 3 year old son and my dog I called to let them know I was going to be about 5 min late and she said if I wasn’t there exactly at 10am as scheduled that I would be canceled. Just absolutely no consideration. Considering how much money you pay for their services you think they would be much nicer. I bit my tongue for weeks, for my dogs sake because he did enjoy playing with the other dogs but unfortunately I had to take him out after putting up with enough of her disrespect. I get better customer service at McDonalds just saying.
