Never again will I spend money at this location. I went to do a weekly shopping with my family and had the experience of an employee named Soraya reaching over me with another customer instead of simply waiting for me to finish in the area that I was shopping in. The employee proceeded when I asked if she works for the grocery store to say yes but with an attitude. It was clear that I was in their way but it didn't matter because it was as if I was invisible. I spoke to the manager Raven upon check out to let her know my experience and how disappointed I am in the service that was provided and she apologized but it did not seem sincere. I no longer look forward to shopping at this location unfortunately, although it is close to home I will go out of my way to shop else where. As someone who has worked in retail throughout both undergrad and grad school, I would hope that there could be better training when it comes to customer service because the entire experience could have gone completely different. To Soraya, honey please remember where you work as its customers like me who pay your paycheck!

I really like Stauffers. I am so glad that they opened a store in Mount Joy. They carry items I like and nicer produce than Giant.
