1st off the scheduling rep that sent me the text for the appt did not include the suite #, floor or parking instructions. When I got to the building, I called the silver spring off to inquire where to park. She informed me where & said they're on lunch & off doesn't open back up until 2p. Even then she did not mention what floor or suite #. So when i got to the elevator P1 I had no clue where I was going. So i called again & obtain the info. Now here goes the worse part. I got inside the elevator & press # 8. But, it took me to the 11th flr. That elevator refused to take me to the 8th floor after multiple tries. It took me back to P1 where I got stuck in the elevator & door would NOT open. So I panicked & pressed the alarm button several times. This is because of the employee's lack of customer service. Thank God the elevator took me back up to the 11th flr. When the door finally opened, there was a lady standing there waiting for the elavator & she was the one who told me I could not go to the 8th flr w/o a key fab. She was the one who told me I needed to go to the 1st flr & ask security to allow me to get to the 8th flr. That is very significant info your employee failed to share w/ a pt who has a consultation appt for the 1st time, don't you think... So unprofessional that I had to make 3 calls to get to your facility. The only person that changed my mood yesterday where I decided to continue w/ the visit, was Lauren. Management really need to coach the scheduling staffs to include that important piece of info when scheduling appts with Pts.
