Quality of the food is poor, too many disappointment on most of the menu. Lack of meats, and too much corn starch and misrepresentation of real Chinese food is about.

Disappointing. I've eaten takeout from China Kitchen many times over the years and have always found the food good, the portion size adequate and the price reasonable. My last visit... Not so much. The price is still reasonable. It seems to me that the portions are smaller than they used to be. It could be my imagination because I haven't eaten from there in quite some time but when I took the food out of the bag it seems smaller than it used to be, by a substantial amount. As it turns out it didn't really matter because the taste was lacking. I had the beef lo mein. Usually I get the chow mein but I was more in the mood for lo mein. It was pretty bland and needed way to much soy sauce to make it somewhat enjoyable. I've eaten there to many times to just write them off because of one bad experience (but I won't be getting the lo mein). Next time I'll order my usual chow mein. If I have the same experience, I'll be doing for a new Chinese restaurant. This is a side note. Since the pandemic I've noticed that many many places seemed to have just stopped trying. Customer satisfaction just doesn't seem to matter as much, if at all as it used to. Like if you've noticed the same.
