Great service at check in. Little black short hairs on bed & long brown hair on toilet seat & bathroom floor upon check in & paint cracking around drain in bathtub made me wish I had shower flip flops. Other than that room appeared clean and in decent shape. Very ugly curtains. Comfortable bed. Popcorn ceilings. Elevators doors close very quickly and have poor motion sensor - watched a older gentleman get squished in the doors, thankfully he wasn’t hurt.

I’m a Hilton honor member for years .maybe Gold or diamond. I Stayed for 4days wit my kids. And always come to this location since I was a kid. but my last visit wasn’t so nice . Room didn’t smell fresh. Sink dirty shower wasn’t clean. They moved me to the suite it was a little better. But other guess kids was knocking at my door playing while we was sleep. Floor wasn’t that cleans . I haven’t received a call or Email yet for the so call comp Nights. they was supposed to give me a call. If you haven’t forgotten my email is wjames6824@gmail

My hotel every time I come in town for work for the last 3 year's. Front desk is awesome at any shift. Restaurant has good food and coffee shop has good quick to go food item's. Rooms are always nice and bed is comfy.

Overall great experience. The Front Desk was great and even helped locate us a few places to go. I got a corner room and it was clean & nice. I actually used my point for the stay which was 30,000. I had drinks at the bar and it was a nice environment although the server was very busy. So patience is encouraged. The next morning, I enjoyed coffee and working from a high top table in the lounge.
