We've tried other service centers and none of them were able to fix the squeaks and rattling noise on our M3 until we brought the car to Syosset. Look for Chris as he gives you reliable feedback in terms of the car's concerns and its availability after it's been fixed. I don't know if you could but if you can, request for Kevin as your Technician. As I've said we brought the car to several service centers and only in Syosset thru Kevin were they able to fix the squeaks and rattling noise.

Terrible service and so unprofessional attitude I will never want to suffer again! Especially the service consultant Glenn! It is a shame that Tesla have him!! Remember his name - Glenn, do NOT have him to take your service order!!!

I will preface and say the staff (especially Dan) are amazing people and will help you as much as possible. The technicians however are something else, here’s a story of how it took THREE visits to fix my broken headlight: After my first drop-off in August, I was told I can “adjust the angle of the light through the controls”. My daytime light was literally broken, so I dragged a technician out to look at the car and he agreed the headlight assembly had to be replaced and would schedule me for another visit. Instant diagnosis. During my second visit in September, the repairs were ‘completed’ and I was told to simply “adjust the headlights” again even though the service visit specifically outlined a replacement. I dragged the staff out and showed them my broken headlight and they finally agreed to replace it same day so I wouldn’t have to go home and back again. It took THREE TRIES to make this happen. All you had to do was LOOK at the car and see the busted lamp. Once done, the corner of my bumper (which had to be removed in the process) had paint chips and I just gave up and went home. Every time I come here I always come out with more problems than intended. Last time someone left a huge scratch on my door which had to be buffed out. Who is training these technicians??? They have absolutely zero care for these cars. Dan you’re still the best, thanks for making this all work even though there are bozos working with you.

Five Corners Hand Car Wash in New Hyde Park on Hillside Avenue or Al's Hubcaps in Mineola on Jericho Turnpike. Five Corners just detailed my friend's daughter's CRV...came out showroom inside and out.
I don't think so!...the main activity is Repair y Maintenance as a certificate Tesla headquarter!
You get enough Uber credit to last until the day after you get your car back. But you need to keep in communication with the repair team.
Mostly all appointments and scheduling is done via the Tesla app. But they do answer the phone. You just have to go through the directions on the phone and follow their instructions.
Yes, but sometimes they'll have to give you a loaner through enterprise once they run out of teslas
It is a regular air fitting. Maybe the pump you were trying to use wasn't turned on?
Call them directly
