The most of the food was good. This site is an older one. The building and facilities are not the greatest. One of our group asked for steamed veggies. The waitress said that it would not be a problem. What came looked like some green beans off of the buffet. They had things on them that this person could not eat. The waitress took them back. We never did get the steamed veggies.

Our waitress Kayla was very nice and came back and checked on us and asked how everything was many times when my family had stopped to have breakfast that morning very good service and very pleasant 🤗

The restaurant was hotter than our food! It took about 10 minutes before someone seated us after three different employees were staring at us. Then they seated us and said someone will be right with you, after almost 15 mins of sitting there we finally just got up and got the buffet. After sitting back down with our food, about 10 more mins is when the waitress brought us menus and asked what we wanted to drink! There was no waitress experience at this location and we could only eat almost a plate of food before we had to leave because it was so extremely hot in there!

Just drove up from Florida to West Virginia for vacation. Was thrilled to see a Shoneys still open as the ones in Orlando and Huntington have been closed. Love the salad and food bar. The mashed potatoes have a lot to be desired as they taste like and have the consistency of fake potatoes out of a box. Everything else was very good. Thank goodness they still had the potato soup. I have really missed Shoneys and left very satisfied and fulll. Thank you, Don
