Literally cashier sees me at the main cash register with no warning sign that it's not taking credit cards. Then after 10 minutes of standing there she approached me and finally told me to go to and cashier that accumulated a line of 10 or more people. There lack of Customer’s service is appalling. Rude and unacceptable.

Went to pickup prescription for elderly mother who just had shots in her back and is laid up in bed. Denied due to my ID being expired even though I had my mother's valid ID with me and we have the same name and address. Never had issues picking up prescriptions for my parents at this location before, and thanks to Sabrina I'll never recommend this location to anyone ever again. Expect a formal complaint to corporate over this problem.

I had questions regarding the COVID vaccine. I was lucky enough to have Omar answer my call. Not only did he provide me with information on the phone called, he offered to do some research on my question. He took down my number and called me back with all of the details. I find it amazing that he would take the time to do this for me and not just direct me to find the answers online myself, which I tried to do before calling.... He truly went above and beyond and I appreciate that. I am editing a previous review that I had given this Walgreens pharmacy a few years ago. That is the only reason I didn’t write five stars. But, as far as Omar goes he gets 10!
