This place is crazy. I took in an airens snow blower back in for service (oil change, etc..) And they deliver it back, so I take it outside to burn the gas out of it for summer, the electric start does not work, or the pull start, the one mechanic told me it is the carburetor, but the thing is electric fuel injection, and now it is broken, and they need to call Arirens to figure out how to fix it. I told them don't want it back, and make it into a soup can, they don't know what they are doing. Also bought another snow blower from another dealer. They are crazy they will not buy a can of pre mixedom them!!! I told you you take back the snow blower back to fix it, so you are not doing me a favor, you delivered back a broken snowblower, you are the ones to fix it, you are not doing me any favors by storing it ,because you delivered it broken!!! John you are nuts!!!!

Destroyed chainsaw chain and wheelbarrow tire. Don't use them to sharpen chainsaw chains - I dropped of a new chain used only once and they ground the teeth down to almost nothing. They also put a new tube in a wheelbarrow tire and then it blew up, destroying the tire and new tube.

Sorry...we do not have access to parts/parts lookup/technical support etc. to work on Craftsman products. I believe Lowes are carrying Craftsman items so they might be able to give you the name of someone who does warranty issues. Thanks for contacting us. Stay safe!

With Stihl and Echo we have technical support, parts availability, ease of parts look-up, service schools for our techs,... Let us know what brand of chainsaw you are using. I am not affiliated with the dealership, however I stopped in there a couple months ago for parts for a 1958 machine and after speaking with the owner his daughter and seeing his stock of new and New Old Stock parts there is no doubt in my mind they are capable of doing that type of work
