Hi Vennie, In order to keep costs down and direct as many funds as possible to Goodwill programs, we do not offer pick-up services. Instead, we have attended donation centers throughout central and coastal Virginia where you can drop off your items. Additionally, all of our retail stores have associates who will gladly assist you in unloading donations from your vehicle.
Video games are never on the shelves I have no idea where they go but they certainly are donated

Sometimes the establishments do troll for questions here, but not often (in my experience). Best bet to get an answer to specific questions is often to contact the place directly... or JUST GO THERE
