I was a long-term guest, staying from October through December. Fall is stunning on Lake Shetek and the lake view from my room plus the cozy fireplace made it a sanctuary at the beginning and end of each work day. The owner is quick to respond and friendly.

They were very pleasant. The bar tender went out of her way to make me amazing wings after kitchen was closed. Room was simple but met our needs! Walls are very thin and could hear ppl in the hallway other than that very enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed the stay, I see alot of people being picky about the rooms, but I don't have a problem with em. The beach is beautiful, I hear the bar is good but I don't drink, Everything worked in the rooms, coffee pot, oven, microwave. It's a very roomie lil place, cozy. They let you take boats out, good place!
