Recently got a salad there and the lettuce was wilted. That was disappointing to have to pick through my food.

The sandwiches have always been excellent here. No complaints what-so-ever there. What's troubling is the employee that was taking the order. My wife was speaking to her and she wasn't acknowledging that she was being spoken to. I initially thought she may have been hard of hearing, but then realized she had earbuds in her ears and was on the phone with someone while she was supposed to be listening to her customers. When she finally acknowledged she was being spoken to, she asked the person she was speaking to on the phone to hold on and took the order. This was about 6:00pm-6:30pm, Oct. 10th. Now, I don't know who the manager was on duty, hopefully not her, but if she worked for me, she'd be sent home immediately. Poor work ethic.
