Technician showed up on time for my yearly maintenance agreement. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived. The technician that came over was very professional, friendly & he explained exactly what he was going to do & what part of the house he needed access to. He was very detailed in his explanation which I appreciated that. I was comfortable having him in my home and pleased with hiw through he was.

I used ARS for the first time today. I had told the lady/chat that booked my appointment that I would not be available on the phone for few hours and that I would like to communicate through email. Despite that I received calls and voicemails..during my class which was a distraction. And also I received a voicemail from their number stating I need a water heater when my appointment was for a clogged drain…The tech however was decent and to the point. I paid about $248 to find out sink was jammed and I needed a new garbage disposal which is kind of crazy but atleast now I know what the problem was. Also, I recommend that you guys should send out email appointment confirmations that would really be nice.

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in his work. He explained to me what he did, the conditions of the heating system and recommendations on maintenance upkeep. I was very impressed and thankful for the job he performed.
