Ordering online for curbside pickup has worked a total of 3 times. Let me put this in perspective. I sew and crochet for a living so I order a LOT. Ive done at least 20 online for curbside orders and have finally had it. Theres always an attitude if you call about anything, employees hardly know fabric content. Please dont tell customers things like "if its a satin it has to be synthetic, satin is a synthetic fiber" bc satin is a weave, not a fiber and there are natural satin weaves from silk and others. "Yes we have linen" No, they dont. They have linen BLENDS which is a huge distinction depending on your project. Ive been blatantly lied to about the return process as well. The yarn bins are almost always completely empty regardless of how many the website says they have in stock which only means they arent putting stock out in a timely manner after its received in the back room. I get that the occasional discrepancy can happen bc of inventory count delays in the system but not that regularly. Had a special order be held for over 2 weeks once and they didn't even call to let me know it was in and i had a client waiting; just so many issues and bc theyre the biggest in the area I kept giving then chance after chance to get it together but i ALWAYS have to fo somewhere else anyway bc of a complication w Joann so now Im just completely done. Update: 10-21-22. Once again inventory in the app says 10 of an item is in stock. So I place an order for curbside pick up only to have it cancelled and told that it's out of stock. I can't even express how many times this has happened. I've tried so many times to give them a chance, this was the last one.

The brandywine, Md store should close. They never have patterns or sewing essentials. Don’t know why they call it a sewing center. And it is the dirtiest store if seen. Have contacted corporate but they don’t seem to care. CLOSE!!!!

Usually Mondays, but a lot of production was put on hold in March so there isn't really any merchandise to come in.
