I always try to eat locally when I travel and I wanted Italian last night. This was the closest. Definitely a mom.& pop place and it was busy as soon as they opened. I had the spaghetti with Italian sausage with a fresh, crisp salad. The meat sauce was smooth and tasty, clearly simmered for a long time as it should be. The steamed carrots were fresh and the bread was served with quality butter. Reasonably priced. If they'd had wine I would have had a glass, but since they didn't, I settled on water. Pleasant and quick service.

Your classic mom and pop restaurant in a small town community. Generous portions, cooked to perfection. I've been going there since I was a child, visiting my grandparents in Fairfield Glade. Always a favorite!
