This is the 3rd time that I've used Tori's and I am so disappointed!!! I have asked to speak with Tori numerous times to no avail. My puppy was to be there for 4 weeks and 10 weeks later, I said that I was missing all of her puppy time and I wanted her back. I do not see any progress whatsoever. In fact, she is now very aggressive and she was not before. I have nothing nice to say about the staff except for Angelique, but she seemed very new to dog training. Amanda is rude and condescending and she charged me more than was quoted. She then wanted to argue with me in the crowded lobby. They did not give me a written quote which I have gotten the previous 2 times. I was told twice that they were very busy and hadn't had a chance to do it. I also brought my other dog back for a "refresher". I was told to bring them both to daycare to be assessed. I was not told that I would be charged for this assessment but I was. I only received one assessment and it was for the wrong dog. I was told by Ben that he would email me the other assessment and he never did. I asked to see the dogs and was told no twice. I then insisted. When I did see them, Ben was very rude and the dogs reeked. I feel that I paid $1600 for NOTHING! I AM SO UPSET AND THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!
