Great service. I had been on the phone with Verizon reps for several hours troubleshooting through connectivity issues on my iPhone XR. Nothing worked. Incredibly frustrating. I finally came into the store, Ibrar took a look at the phone for all of 5 min, traced the problem to an old app, and fixed it immediately. Wished I had come in straight away.

Absolute waste of time. Tried to use them as an Amazon trade-in servicer. The employees there could not access their Amazon account as they do not have their log-in information. The employee that could log in was not there. As an approved Amazon trade-in location, why they didn’t all have access is beyond me.

needed a screen repair under Asurion. chose this Falls Church location because it was close to my house. called to schedule an appt and no one answered the phone. tried calling again. no answer. tried again. no answer. drove to the store and asked when they might be able to repair my phone. no screens for mine in stock. ok, no problem. said it would take 2-3 days to get a screen. ok, np. waited 5 days no call. called them to ask about the part. no answer. tried calling again. and again. and again. no answer. drove to the store a week after first filing claim. told that no one had ordered the screen. told overnight or maybe 2 days. this is a problem and sucks. but ok. I guess I wait longer. waited almost another week. no call. I call them. no answer. I call 5 more times. guess what. no guess again. go ahead guess. NO ANSWERS!!!!! I drive to the store again. sign on door says "closed. no staff" HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!! almost 2 weeks waiting on this repair. drove to another Asurion location. told they have no screen in stock but advised to call the Fairfax Asurion location. called and was told they had a screen in stock. I called Asurion and had my claim changed to the Fairfax store. Fairfax store had my phone done 3hrs after I switched the claim store and that included me driving there and checking in the phone. works perfectly now thanks to the Fairfax Asurion store. NEVER attempt to use the Falls Church location. it is a disaster of a shop.

They advertise, cellphones, tablets, computers and game consoles on their website. You'll have to call and double check about other devices.
It's probably cheaper to replace it which they can also help you do
