It's more like a 3.5, but I don't feel it deserved a 3. The staff was super friendly, and the lobby was clean and upscale. I could tell the walls are thin, but it was still quiet overall. The public toilet was pretty gross. The one in our room was not that clean either but far better than the public restroom. The air conditioner in our room was not efficient at all. The mattress was not comfortable, but that's more of a personal preference. It's not perfect, but for the price, we would be willing to stop here again.

The staff is awesome. Bathroom clean.. mini fridge and microwave are clean and operational..floors clean.. beds and decor needs updated.. the recliner is a nice touch.. it was comfy and clean

Everyone, especially Alexis and Charlotte, was so kind and helpful. If the owner would just expend a little to make sure everything works in the rooms: towel bars not loosely attached, new sinks( not from older places/ discolored, scratched, etc,) and restore breakfast items, then all would be much better.

Booked this hotel for three nights and only stayed for two. We were visiting family after a 12 hour drive. We found a BED BUG on our pillow and were out of there. Then to make things worse we wanted to speak with a manager and she is not in on the weekends apparently and will not call us until Monday even tho the nice woman at the desk called her. No refund just we’re sorry for any inconvenience. Yeah inconvenience with a three year old for sure and absolutely no big deal attitude by management. DO NOT STAY HERE!
