UPS marked prescription pharmaceuticals as delivered and left at garage door yet my numerous cameras show me no such delivery or event. Asked my neighbors as well. My package from Express Scripts has not been delivered and it seems are in the hands of someone else. 🤔 Very expensive prescription at that.

UPS customer service is a nightmare in general. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Tuesday, but it came earlier than expected without my knowledge. Apparently my packaged required a signature, but I am unavailable on some days. I spent about an hour on the phone with the automated system to schedule a pick up. Based on my ZIP Code automatically scheduled me for this place. I was never given the hours of operation of this UPS. So I drove all the way from work to pick it up only to find that they don’t open until 4:00-7:00 what kind of hours are those!?

Yes its possible but you need to arrange with them to hold it there. Also for certain packages you can request to be delivered to your nearby ups store.

Both are correct.
You must call and have the package held for pick up. The center is not normally open on the weekend so you will have to check for your location for any change.
If you package it yourself and have a return label. You can drop it off at the counter. You can also drop it off or ship at your expense there and any UPS store. Same prices.
They like to funnel everyone through the 800 number
UPS will give you an estimate window online if you enter your tracking number but my experience has been that the estimate is almost always wrong.
Take them to the UPS store they will pack them up for shipping.
