Avis is a scam I will never rent from them ever again they overdraft my account of 1400 dollars even tho I paid them 660 every 2 weeks for the rental they didn’t give me my deposit back they stated that every time I extended the rental it was coming out my security deposit

So disappointed in the service provided at this location. I called and asked when car would be due back, I was told one time, but when I arrived at location was told something different. The Representative assured me she would accommodate me for the confusion, yet billed my credit card without my approval after I left. Telling me that her printer was broken. They were not honest and they do not clean there cars. I WILL never rent from Avis again for allowing this type of service.
