When I pay $40 for 2 plates of poor food I would expect to get it an a regular plate not Styrofoam and a glass not plastic cup.

They are takeout only. All staff wear masks. You place an order over the phone or through a window and payment and pickup are done in a plexiglass area. Everything is contactless
Off the top of my head there are a few meatless sushi rolls and a vegetable tempura appetizer. Probably others. Only thing you might run into with any Asian cuisine is the use of fish sauce as an ingredient in various sauces.
