Best decision I made! I was tired of buying bottled water! I contacted Rob and he was very prompt in returning my call and setting up an appointment. Rob was easy to work with and was so considerate of my time and situation. Extremely professional and respectful of my. home. I would certainly recommend Clear Mountain Stream Water Conditioning to anyone that is looking for a better solution than buying bottles of water and struggling with city or well water. Bought a house with one of their systems already installed. Called to have someone come out and explain what was installed and see what needed to be done to bring it up to peak performance. No one ever got back to me. Seems to be the standard now days. So I’m having the system replaced to get better quality water.

READ ME!---> please learn from our mistake! So at first my husband wanted to save some money by buying our water softner system from home depot and then hire a plumber to install it. At first we saved some money but then it turned into a nightmare! Our system kept leaking giving issues and finally after a month we were able to return it and we got very lucky for that but unfortunately we didn't get so lucky getting a refund for installing it which cost us over 1k!! After talking to some neighbors, they reccomended clear mountain company to do our water softner system. Their system has been working perfectly with no issues and that sold me. So I went ahead and called Rob for an estimation and bother him with questions. After talking to him I couldn't believe he got my system done THE SAME DAY! I was shocked! First of all THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS AMAZING. Everything was done so neatly and perfectly. I love looking at it haha. He was so polite and so nice! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! seriously he knows how to deal with people. I absolutely loved that!. After installing our system he explained everything and how it works etc. The warranty is the best I've heard! That sold me too! To be honest eventhough we lost money before and I wasn't going to get any more system because of money, im so glad I gave Rob a chance. I don't regret it! Absolutely 100 worth it. And yes the system works amazing. Our skin feels so smooth and our hair is so soft! LOVE IT ALL! If you're thinking about getting it and going with Rob please just do it. Don't be stubborn like me
