Under staffed, no parts in stock and not really friendly for the most part. It was a Friday afternoon. I found that XL Carts was much more customer oriented and more willing to help.

We had a great experience here! Tim is very knowledgeable about all his golf carts. He was very honest in helping us decide which golf cart would suit our needs. Open about prices also. We bought a new golf cart and he’s working on our old one! We will definitely recommend others to Golden Coast golf carts!!

I heard that this place was great, especially service. I have a newer Club Car Onward and the back seat broke, which is fairly easy being its all plastic molded. Anyways I called up there, spoke with a lady and she said it was covered under warranty. I then sent her photos of the broken parts, the seat and she said she submitted it to warranty. I waited for a follow up call, nothing.. I then called her to see how it was going, she said that it usually takes a couple of weeks and she'd call me.. two and a half weeks go by, nothing.. I then called her and she seemed aggravated I was following up and said these things take time. Well long story short, it's been two more months and still no follow up. Follow up is key and one of the most important parts of running a business. I'll pay for a new seat, which I intended to do, until I was told it was a warranty item by her. I already ordered a seat for it, so no need to reach out. Thanks anyways..
