It is the worst experience ever. We were told that our house will be done in February or early March. We sold our current home and mover with our relatives for a month or so. We couldn’t get our house until late May, now this house is finally delivered but sitting on the property for over a month now and nobody giving us any estimate time when they are planning to finish it. We overstayed our welcome time in our relatives house and now paying mortgage and have no place to live. Don’t matter how many times we called office and asked how much longer do we have to wait, we are getting no answers. We asked office worker Bob to give us corporate office contact so we can complain but he told us, that he is the corporate and no one will help us. We are tired, disappointed and literally have no place to stay at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Ever!!!!

This has been a long process but I got to talk to the owner today and he smoothed over a lot of my feelings.He was understanding, respectful, and very much customer focused. I am holding out hope that I can flip this review to a 5 star in the coming weeks! The home appears to be very good quality also. I am back to being excited and hope that we can finish this in the next month or so.

Make sure anything said and promised is written down and even then that doesn't hold water, closed Sept 2020 not sure how or if legal after you close the contract on your house they can come back and request more money before delivery or you agree to do some of the work like trimout and they keep the steps, to offset some of cost, because the cost of materials have gone up due to Covid-19, poor excuse, house should've been delivered March didnt arrive til May
