This has to be one of the WORST places to get something to eat! I called in 2orders…1 meal and 1 order of 10piece wings at 7pm on October 24th. I then went into this location(103rd st) at 730 and was given a bag with the wrong order. The cashier short white file with black hair proceed to tell me sorry and that she was gonna put my order in and it would be ready in 20min. Well 8pm we go into the store and she says they’re bagging my order. 5min…10min… then another cashier comes and ask my order and goes and checks just to come back and say the wings are being sauced. By 830 I still had no food and then they go to the back get the manager and come to the front apologizing….I left and won’t be back!

This is the second time, This WAS A REPLACMENT last time . As you can see it's extremely dried out and old and just ughhhh 😩 like we have to pay 💰 over the top prices for nasty food . But if it was y'all " cooks" that stuff would be Piping hot and fresh. But it's cool. I learned my lesson and won't be back .

Mhm it was okay, our food took a while to cook but it looked like they were busy. Our wings had so much lemon pepper some of them went in the trash. The hot was good.

I didn’t get the name of the cashier but she made my entire day. Some of the best customer service I’ve had from a restaurant since Covid started. She offered to bring my order out to my car because I had my toddler with me. Might be something small to some people but it was everything to me because I hate bringing my toddler inside places. Food is always great!
