Incredible work by these guys! On-time, very professional and courteous. I had them repair a crack in my tub, and was blown away afterwards, I couldn’t even see where they patched. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for this type of work, and will certainly use them myself again for future needs. Great work all around!

Quality of work is horrible. Bought the house in June of 2019 and previous home owners got the tub re glazed. Less than 6 months later it’s easy chipped and flaked. They came out and said we voided the warranty because we had a bath mat in the tub. So I paid for them to re glaze it and they told me that I must hand dry the tub after every use because, get this the spray isn’t water proof and it will make it chip. So as a company you are glazing a tub with non water proof agent that can’t be wet when the entire purpose of a tub is to be wet.

Baltimore's Best has a team of professional and friendly staff. The company was also very easy to work with in terms of scheduling an appointment. However, the quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. The spray on counter tops began to chip and flake within days of completion. After several months, rust began to accumulate on the bathtub drain. I had to caulk around the drain to prevent further chipping. The paint has also begun chipping in the middle of the bathtub. This is even after hand drying the tub after each use. For the price, I would expect the work to hold up for more than a year. I have attached images to show the quality.
