I live in the Hershey area and I would rather drive the 20 minutes to go to this Urgent Care than the ones that are closer to me. There is never a long wait, doctor's actually listen to you, they are very diligent to find out your prognosis and very helpful. Definitely a 5 star for me and my family!

The facility is very nice. Front staff is top notch. We have taken our infant there multiple time and Dr. Washington has been horrible each time. Per his recommendation we don’t need antibiotics to treat an ear infection. We don’t need to know if she has covid. Essentially we don’t need to know anything. Just shut up and give your baby Tylenol and don’t come to Norlanco urgent care. Got it and message received.

We have gone here several times and had the best of care every time! When our son had an injury and was in pain, they were very caring and got us in a private room immediately. They were very kind and very professional. They did x-rays right there. Every time we went, they diagnosed correctly and gave us the help we needed! The facility is new and very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
