They are still following mid pandemic procedures.I told them I did not have phone service, yet they still tried calling me to come in instead of just coming out to my car, making me wait 20 minutes before just leaving.It was already annoying not being able to wait inside and I never even got treated due to the staff not communicating to each other. They don’t follow reservation times and that needs to be addressed. I will never come here again.

Had a broken ankle, was in so much pain and had to wait forever. The doctor apparently had to set my foot in place and was not gentle or at all nice about it, he yanked my foot and hurt it so much more. He then put a splint on but it wasn't very supportive.Went to another urgent care the next day and turns out the doctor from yesterday made it worse by yanking my foot and trying to put it back in place. I was very upset. Also their service is terrible, i wont be coming back. And you still have to wear masks which I didnt like either

They will bill you the copay but I don't know if you don't have insurance if they will bill you or not. You can call and ask them. Thats how I found out.
You can schedule on the LGH website if you want to, but the Urgent Care unit is pretty good about taking walk-ins.
