Hmmm I like the idea of Asian fusion, but it's my first time ordering sashimi/sushi that doesn't come with salad or miso soup. Unsure if this is normal in other region/country, but definitely weird for me.

Food is fantastic, atmosphere is trendy but not in your face. The staff, including the owner are friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back

Way too spendy for what it is. They don't post their cocktail prices on the menu and added an automatic 18% gratuity to our bill (for a party of only 2 people). Food and drinks were ok. Sushi was priced reasonably. Drinks were 2x what they ought to be. Place also has almost no ambiance. Wouldn't recommend for a date. Maybe a quick lunch?

We went on a Tuesday and it was empty except for a couple, the Happy hour was decent. The bar itself was dim and dingy (the basement area) and the music was too loud and not the most pleasing. However, the service was quick and the food decent-the veggie poke bowl was really good. Didn't like the 18% mandatory gratuity even if you're dining alone. The beer on tap had Sapporo but the taste was very different from the real Sapporo- maybe the leg was nearing its end?
