Pros: We have a beautiful pool and it is exactly what I pictured in my mind. I appreciated the option to design it with the sales representative Linda. With the automatic cover installation I can already tell we have saved so much work in the long run with: a) pool protection from weather, and b) securing the pool outside of installing another fence on the property. I really appreciated Terry's communication at the close of the project. Cons: Communication is a huge priority for me and this is my biggest complaint. It felt like once I signed the dotted line I was no longer a valued customer, but merely a number in the machine. Crews would show up with no forewarning and because the pool construction manager assigned to us did not have a direct number I had to call and leave multiple messages, with many of them not returned until well into the evening or several days later. This was a huge disappointment for me and I recommend any customer take lack of communication into consideration. I wasn't told parts were delayed and there were weeks that nothing happened. I HIGHLY recommend that Aegean review their construction team customer service as this was a huge turn-off for me. I would have spent more money on pavers through the company but was never given an actual quote, so went with another company to do that installation. Thank you for the pool - my family is enjoying it.

After a bit of a rocky start, my pool is completed and we am very happy with it. The crew that worked under the glaring heat was courteous, timely and so considerate. I was followed up with weekly after construction started so I knew exactly what work had been done. The follow up after the pool was completed has been just as good. Aegean really seems like they take great care of the customers even once the job is done.

I don't know if they could have made this process worse if they tried. It was one year and one week from the time they broke ground to time they got their final inspection, and it was a fight the entire time. Linda was great helping us during the initial phase, but trying to deal with Ron and later Jesse was terrible. I spent $50,000 with Aegean and was treated like an inconvenience. I won't be recommending them to anybody, but I'm glad most everybody else is happy with their service.
