Yes there are many year round tenants. I think it's around $800/month

I know they rent by the month you would have to go to the office to inquire about it ......my friend is a resident there that all I know about the place

I know someone who lives there, yes they're open year round, yes dogs are allowed... And his rent was $355/mo. That may fluctuate a little from lot to lot, but I'm sure it wouldn't be much different.
How much is the ground rent? My wife & I just bought A Georgie Boy R.V. and we want to live in it while we work on the inside of it to make it our own before taking to the road.

Yes. As long as you are responsible with them and clean up after them
